Renovation of existing Lewelling Elementary School including a new fire sprinkler system throughout, interior and exterior painting, replace carpet tile and base in Classrooms, replace plastic laminate wainscot in classroom hallways, and new HVAC unit(s) for Classrooms and IT rooms. At the Administrative Building replace existing glazing with insulated glazing units with new window blinds, new ceramic tile floor and walls at Boys Restroom, and a new backup boiler. Exterior improvements include parking lot repair and ADA upgrades, and new steel framed security fencing with glass and metal panel infill.  Demolish existing portable Classroom and replace with new Music Classroom to the existing Classroom pod building 1 & 2. Convert existing Classroom 18 to (4) offices.
